Job Summary
Coordinate resources, planning, and construction for Trac-Loc prefabricated tank projects across Western Europe, serving as the central point of contact for internal and external parties. Capture and update work planning for internal prioritization, manage internal resource allocation of materials and site personnel, and prepare work packs for installation. Communicate with customers regarding site dispatching, arrange trainings and certifications, and handle document collection, centralization, and control tasks. Manage customer transmittals related to installation and safety while acting as a backup for the project manager and site coordinator. Fluency in Dutch and English, technical insulation skills, and AutoCAD proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Diploma
- Technical insulation skills (minimum 2 years)
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Software and systems skills: AutoCAD, Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a planning related role is a plus
