Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice across multiple units while assuming 24/7 responsibility for assigned areas. Provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) overseeing all nursing and designated patient care functions. Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintain clinical staff competency, and manage resources related to patient care. This interim role supports the Chief Nursing Officer in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the Baylor Scott and White hospital organization.
