TRA Interim ER Director Carondelet

Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice on a multi-unit level while assuming 24/7 responsibility for assigned areas. Provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) regarding all nursing and designated patient care functions. Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintain clinical staff competency, and manage resources related to patient care. This interim role supports the Chief Nursing Officer within the Carondelet hospital organization.
