Job Summary
Conduct daily audits, track metrics, and label items while implementing 5S methodology to maintain building organization. Manage onsite relationships with the TPM Partner, train new operators on PECO quality specs, and ensure all forklift operators hold required certifications. Document all KPIs, follow established safety protocols, and handle inventory control for other pallet companies. Provide on-call support for system emergencies and troubleshooting. Requires ability to lift 65 lbs repeatedly, drive a forklift, and work rotating shifts including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED)
- Good attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Excel
- Ability to lift 65 lbs repeatedly
- Must be available to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed
