Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in TPM and Autonomous Maintenance
- 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
