Job Summary
Design and implement Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, assessing current processes and facilitating change management for global clients. Analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies and enhance customer value. Execute unit testing, support system integration testing cycles, and manage defect triage while participating in client discovery sessions and solution design reviews. Lead or mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture patterns and scalable data model design within a project team.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- App Builder or Architect certifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in production environments
- Deep expertise in Apex
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Deep expertise in declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder)
- Experience with complex integrations — middleware, event-driven patterns (platform events, change data capture)
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and multi-org strategies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX), scratch orgs, and source-driven development
- Manage Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and pipeline-as-code practices
- Background in leading or mentoring a development team over an extended period
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Data Cloud
- Exposure to large-scale org migrations or multi-cloud implementations
- Agile delivery experience in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrating experience with Salesforce TPM design and configuration
- Possessing knowledge of Trade Promotions Management processes
- Utilizing analytical tools like Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Engaging in revenue growth management for consumer goods companies
- Synthesizing complex information for detailed insights
- Managing long-term system implementation engagements in consumer markets
- Excelling in problem-solving and project management skills
