Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Administrator certification
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- 2–3 years of prior relevant Salesforce development experience
- Working knowledge of Apex
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with declarative tools — Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX)
- Familiarity with scratch orgs
- Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes
- Basic Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to participate in requirement workshops
- Ability to contribute to solution discussions
- Ability to apply review feedback
- Ability to execute unit testing

Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Currently working towards Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud configuration
- Basic familiarity with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi
- Knowledge of Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to Einstein Analytics
- Exposure to Tableau
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or reporting tools experience
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum team environment
- Exposure to enterprise or consulting environments
- Demonstrating hands-on skills in BI and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
- Possessing knowledge of R, Python, and SQL for data analysis
