Job Summary

Lead the implementation and long-term success of TPM and Lean Manufacturing initiatives by developing master plans aligned with business objectives. Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, drive sustainable performance gains, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while reducing downtime and waste. Conduct TPM audits, health checks, and follow-up activities to ensure program execution, then coordinate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and pillar meetings with tracked action plans. Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to execute projects, deliver training, and prepare executive reports and dashboards. Support budgeting and planning for continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with internal leaders and external consultants to implement best practices across the facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • At least 1 year of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
  • At least 1 year of engineering or advanced mechanical experience
  • Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)

Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ years of TPM experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of engineering or advanced mechanical experience
  • Experience in food or dairy manufacturing
  • TPM Certification
  • Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience improving manufacturing performance through data-driven decision making
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable interpreting KPIs and presenting results to leadership
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
