TPL - Radar Industrial Testing Engineer Lead

Job Summary
Manage industrial test engineering activities for Radar TPL, defining or checking test strategies and costs during P1 project RFQ phases. Review Functional Tester development, drive design reviews for production and customer returns, and monitor EOL rejects to define corrective actions. Support APU test engineers during serial life, assist SQA on supplier CEM activities, and check VIM/LLC standards from the RAISE PL committee. Enforce MPE and PG industrial test engineering standards while communicating with R&D on test strategy and coverage. Provide global support across all radar production sites (SAN, SHZ, RAKO, RB, DAE), standardize equipment, and work on concepts to reduce test time. Full-time role with global mobility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineer in electronic product engineering or a related field
- Professional experience in a similar position within the automotive industry
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills for managing cross-departmental projects
- Dynamic, proactive personality with strong presentation skills
- Willingness for traveling
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, or other project planning software
