TPG IE Operations Engineer

Support technology development operational execution across multiple planning sites in partnership with technology development and manufacturing teams. Drive cross-site operational alignment to enable effective global learning cycles and execution consistency. Coordinate process transfers between sites to support readiness, integration, and timeline achievement. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop processes, tools, and applications that improve production and operational metrics. Develop standard processes, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate project status and performance trends. Use statistical analysis to optimize performance metrics, assess manufacturing capacity, and identify operational risks. Present findings, recommend actions, and help drive solutions to address fab performance gaps. Evaluate scenarios and model the impact of operational changes in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Implement predictive models and decision-support tools to improve business outcomes and manufacturing key performance indicators.
