TPG - General Manager, Mississippi High School Activities Association

Develop and grow sales for new and existing accounts by building creative marketing solutions across traditional, digital, and non-traditional channels. Negotiate, structure, and close partnership contracts while collaborating with vendors, sponsors, property staff, and athletic personnel to ensure implementation and fulfillment. Lead team members by establishing goals, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies to meet company objectives. Participate in game day events to highlight the interscholastic sports experience with sponsors and maintain flexible work hours for weeknights or weekends. Work closely with TPG Leadership to identify expansion opportunities and communicate critical updates.
