TPC Dispatch Lead

Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor daily TPC dispatch operations using transportation management systems focused on third-party carrier networks. Serve as a liaison between drivers, logistics teams, and customers to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries while analyzing load factors and equipment readiness to optimize routing. Support driver engagement through coaching and performance feedback, and collaborate with carrier operations to align activities with broader network goals. Generate operational reports to track KPIs and identify improvement areas, building trust with the carrier base to position USAL Solutions as a premier broker. Requires 4-6 years of dispatch experience, TMS proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related fields. 20% limited domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field of study
- 4-6 years Dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics operations
- 4-6 years Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and/or dispatch software
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
