Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the TPA team, focusing on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to insurance processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients, analyzing processes for improvement, developing specifications for system enhancements, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the insurance sector, supported by 5+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or TPA environments
- Familiarity with life, annuity, and/or long-term care products
- Experience with insurance administration platforms and ancillary systems (workflow, imaging, GL, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
