Job Summary
Supervise and support toys stockers to ensure efficient stocking and organization of products. Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandise organization to ensure products are well-stocked, accurately displayed, and replenished in a timely manner. Collaborate with store management to improve product selection and merchandising strategies. Lead team meetings to discuss department goals, challenges, and improvements. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed. May be requested to work in other locations from time to time. This role is part of TESO Group's Asian-inspired lifestyle retail team, which brings premium Asian products and culture to the U.S. market.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have open availability, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed
