Job Summary
Lead the Leesburg Premium Outlet team by recruiting, training, and retaining associates to deliver a cheerful, stimulating customer experience while driving sales targets. Execute daily operations by managing visual merchandising standards, optimizing inventory, and implementing loss prevention protocols to protect assets. Analyze key performance indicators to make real-time business decisions, establish event micro-goals, and communicate product insights and constructive feedback to Home Office partners. Coach staff on anticipating customer needs, fostering a culture of continuous growth and accountability, and ensuring all policies and safety standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- BA, BS or Associate's degree
- Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus
- A solution-oriented leader with a sense of innovation and curiosity
- Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation and loss prevention
- Proficient computer skills
- POS experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to manage a sales floor by delegating tasks effectively, ensuring the sales floor remains appropriately stocked and visually merchandised stocked, Associates are Customer-focused and store atmosphere is reflective of Toys'R'Us

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred professional experience – minimum 2 years in at least one of the below: Retail, Hospitality or Event execution management, Primary or Secondary Education Teaching
- Self-motivated, accountable, responsible and open to feedback
- Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation and loss prevention is preferred
- Experience in behavioral coaching, conflict management, training and development is a plus
- POS experience preferred
