Job Summary
Create a fun, welcoming, high-energy store atmosphere and coach your team to deliver top-tier customer service. Drive sales and hit store targets by analyzing KPIs and setting smart goals while planning events that turn shopping into an experience. Partner with visual merchandisers to maintain store presentation, hire and train a performance-focused team, and share insights with the Home Office. Keep daily operations running smoothly and safely, managing tasks that include lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in shift rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
- A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy and a love for play
- Sales-minded and customer-obsessed with an eye for presentation
- Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms
- Ability to Mount and Dismount Forklift/Truck
