Job Summary
Greet every customer on entry and execute the Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity. Operate the Point of Sale system accurately while offering current promotions and managing sales. Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards by resetting features and completing regular housekeeping tasks. Open and close the store as scheduled, preparing cash banks and making nightly deposits. Receive and place new shipments while ensuring the store remains organized. This part-time role requires up to 20 hours per week, with weekends and evenings as needed. Go! Required Qualifications
- One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field)
- Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office
- Able to perform basic math functions
- Flexible and strives in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
