Job Summary
Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers while explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer service procedures. Process and secure financing and leasing deals through federal, state, and corporate channels, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Maintain a referral program with the sales department to ensure new sales reach the F&I team and assist in training staff on finance and lease programs. Ensure a positive client experience while managing high-level communication with peers and customers. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $250,000.
Required Qualifications

- ability to provide thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
- ability to provide complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies

- ability to secure approval through proper federal, state, and corporate channels
- understanding of federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments
- ability to create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department
- ability to assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs
- ability to provide the sales team with information on the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs
- ability to ensure a positive experience for clients
