Job Summary
Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Complete every service visit correctly and on time while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety and waste disposal standards. Obtain high levels of customer satisfaction through personal work habits and skill, utilizing hands-on and web-based factory training to continue development. Maintain a professional work ethic with good judgment in this family-owned dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- A current valid driver's license and insurability rating
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician

- Brand specific and/or ASE certifications
