Job Summary
Greet and assist customers arriving at the dealership, serving as the friendly first impression and guiding customers to the appropriate departments. Perform state inspections to ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards and help with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with team to enhance the customer experience; role may require up to 10% travel. Requires valid driver’s license and good driving record; State Inspection Certification or willingness to obtain; 18+ years old. Bonus knowledge of driving a standard vehicle. This in-person role is based at West Springfield Toyota in West Springfield, MA.
