Toy Store Associate- Seasonal

Seasonal Toy Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving store sales. Duties include operating the POS device and processing payments, entering/updating customer data in the POS system, maintaining a clean workstation, actively engaging customers with weekly specials and added-value offers, closing POS transactions, reporting sales metrics, and representing the store as the FACE of Mattel. The role requires working at least 3 days per week including Saturdays; full-time hours are available. Strong customer relations, communication skills, organization, time management, dependability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are needed to meet daily service and sales goals.
