Job Summary
Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for sales floor or back stock. Restock items on the sales floor, bring products to display, and assist customers and associates with retrieving and loading purchased goods. Follow Line Leader checklists, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs, coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers on moves and mannequin placement, and maintain orderly appearance through general cleaning and organization. Work independently and with the team, exercising judgment and tact with all organizational levels. Willing to perform other tasks as assigned by leadership and the Merchandising Lead. Schedule includes varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays; average 40 hours per week for 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
