Job Summary
Demonstration Associate responsible for bringing our toys to life through live, interactive demonstrations to engage and delight guests and reinforce the FAO Schwarz brand. Deliver engaging demonstrations across multiple products, adapt style for children and adults, use strong selling techniques to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs, and be the expert at the demonstration station with accurate product information. Collaborate with colleagues to evolve toy demonstrations and store experiences, flag merchandising and replenishment needs, and assist with store-wide guest queries. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in performance, acting, music, or dance a plus. Requires capacity to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends in a flagship retail environment.
