TowneBank seeks enthusiastic Towne Member Care Representatives I to provide support for banking products and services in a contact center environment. Candidates will handle inbound calls and assist members via secure email. Essential responsibilities include identifying and resolving member issues, assisting TowneBank Bankers, and adhering to federal regulations. Required skills include proficiency in computer applications, excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, and a strong focus on customer service. Required Qualifications

  • Computer skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel and Internet)

Desired Qualifications
