Job Summary
TowneBank seeks enthusiastic Towne Member Care Representatives I to provide support for banking products and services in a contact center environment. Candidates will handle inbound calls and assist members via secure email. Essential responsibilities include identifying and resolving member issues, assisting TowneBank Bankers, and adhering to federal regulations. Required skills include proficiency in computer applications, excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, and a strong focus on customer service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel and Internet)
- Must possess PC Skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems simultaneously
- Motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong member service skills and professional demeanor
- High level of time management, attendance, and punctuality
- Ability to multi-task
- Has a positive attitude, passion for helping, and a continuous improvement focus
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, call-center and/or banking environment is preferred
- College Degree in related field
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills
