Job Summary
Conduct weekly floor walks across assigned stores to verify visual merchandising displays, commercial setups, and POS locations. Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placements and drive sales performance. Ensure weekly VM packs are actioned and submit comprehensive store visit reports to management. Train and develop in-store teams by creating progression plans and leading sessions on visual standards and hygiene protocols. Maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards while communicating new development ideas to the Visual Support Manager. Requires strong leadership, time management, and commercial awareness; willing to travel for new store openings.
