Job Summary
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on telecommunication towers, antennas, radios, and related wireless equipment to ensure optimal network performance. Respond to and complete service tickets according to customer specifications and deadlines, assessing issues and verifying Scope of Work before mobilizing. Identify and secure necessary site access, permits, and equipment such as lifts and cranes, while ensuring all tools, test gear, and materials are available. Conduct on-site testing, troubleshooting, and equipment swaps to restore or improve service, maintaining proper documentation including photos, test results, and service logs. Adhere to all safety standards and participate in safety audits, while managing time effectively to work independently in outdoor conditions with frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of telecommunications tower experience (construction, service, or maintenance)
- Proficient in climbing towers and working at heights in various weather conditions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for RF, fiber, and electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Basic computer and mobile app skills for ticketing, reporting, and testing software
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Approachable and able to work collaboratively with crew members, subcontractors, and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications

- OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and RF Awareness certifications
