Job Summary
Tower Technicians install, maintain, and remove tower and antenna systems, traveling regionally to work for cellular carriers, utilities, and wind-energy clients. The role includes on-the-road duties with per diem and company-provided hotel rooms, CDL licensing support, and paid holidays/time off. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement; expect 45-75 hours/week with overtime pay, use of company trucks, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Offices are in multiple US locations, with travel 2–4 weeks at a time; no prior tower experience required.
