Tower - Technician

Assist in the erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers across the Denver metro area, including tower-top work, rigging, hoisting, grounding, cabling and fiber installations, antenna and RRUs, and closeout documentation. Read drawings and piping diagrams, follow safety/quality guidelines, and support site installation per customer specs. Responsibilities include installing up-top equipment, labeling, testing, weatherproofing, and ensuring safe work practices in outdoor environments. Must be able to climb at heights, work with a crew, and pass background and drug screening. Training to earn tower-related certifications is provided; the role requires commuting to the Aurora, CO location and working in various weather conditions. Soft and technical skills emphasize teamwork, communication, and the ability to read technical documents.
