Job Summary
Tower Technician responsible for assisting in the erection, construction, and/or maintenance of wireless towers. Safety-sensitive role focused on safe, quality installations including up-top equipment installation (masts, antennas, RRUs), coax/fiber/hybrid cabling installation, grounding, testing, documentation, and site closeout. Supports in wiring, rigging, bolting, weatherproofing, color-coding, labeling, and following customer specs. Requires ability to travel up to 80-100% of the time, work at heights up to 500 feet, and meet physical/dot screening requirements; must have HS diploma/GED and be able to work in a team environment while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One to three years experience in climbing towers, stacking, rigging, etc.
