Job Summary
The Tower Technician III is a senior field technician leading tower crews in the installation and maintenance of wireless communication towers. Requires strong leadership, advanced technical skills, and compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in wireless tower construction or maintenance
- Competent Climber/Rescue Certification
- OSHA 30 Construction Training Card (must obtain)
- First Aid and CPR Certification (must obtain)
- Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification (must obtain)
Additional Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment screening including background and drug testing
- Valid driver’s license required
