Tower - Foreman

Lead and supervise a telecommunications tower crew performing installation and maintenance of towers and antennas. Plan and schedule work to optimize crew and equipment utilization; ensure safety and quality compliance; climb to multiple heights to install antennas and cable ladders, participate in new tower construction, and perform routine maintenance. Mentor tower hands, manage weekly time sheets and safety logs, maintain company vehicles, and coordinate travel (50-70% travel; primarily local). Maintain professionalism with customers and teammates; uphold industry standards and safety, including PPE inspections and 100% tie-off techniques.
