Job Summary
Tower Foreman to lead a crew in safety-conscious, on-site tower construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless telecommunications towers and support structures. Responsibilities include effective leadership of daily tasks, on-site communication with crew, supervisor, and customers, time management, safety compliance, testing/troubleshooting with equipment (Anritsu, PIM, JDSU, Azimuth, antennas), administrative duties (daily reporting, JSAs, time sheets, close-out documentation), documenting materials and resource needs, and ensuring work is completed to quality standards. Requires ability to climb towers up to 500 feet, willingness to travel up to 4 weeks at a time, and strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Qualifications demand 4 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in a foreman capacity, valid driver's license, ability to read blueprints, and certifications including CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Safety Awareness, and Competent Climber; ability to pass background checks and drug testing; and capability to work extended hours, weekends, and remote/out-of-town assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of industry experience
- 2 years of foreman experience
- Valid drivers' license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and abide by Company Drug Testing Policy
- CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Radiation Safety Awareness, Competent Climber Certifications
