Job Summary
Foreman oversees all aspects of wireless tower construction and maintenance at assigned job sites, leading field crews in installation, testing, and repair of wireless infrastructure while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to customer and company standards. The role involves coordinating resources, providing training and mentorship to technicians, managing job-site logistics, performing advanced testing (sweep, fiber, PIM), rigging and hoisting, interpreting RF specifications and construction drawings, maintaining inventory and documentation, traveling to various job sites (including overnight stays), and enforcing safety protocols with a focus on delivering high-quality work on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or related trade school education
- Five years of experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services
- Two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
- OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification
- Other relevant certifications may be required as per scope (e.g., NWSA Certification, Hazcom Certification, Blood Born Pathogen Certification, RF Safety Certification)
