Job Summary
Lead daily performance, safety, and production on wireless tower projects by installing, replacing, and repairing communications equipment. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures including 100% tie-offs and daily JSAs while climbing and rescuing at heights over 100 feet. Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets, verify material accuracy against BOMs, and approve crew time tracking. Perform coax, fiber, boom, microwave, and antenna installations, plus PIM, sweep, and alignment testing. Interpret construction drawings and RFDS, communicate daily updates to customers, and complete close-out packages with verification photos. Train and develop Tower Technicians according to the Career Advancement Matrix. Requires nationwide travel, OSHA30 certification preferred, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry
- 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50lb. load
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS', port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis'
- Ability to be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through the year

- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite

- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.
