Job Summary
Prep and paint transmission towers located in the Greater Houston area, climbing and working at heights up to 350 feet while maintaining 100% tie-off at all times. Follow all safety procedures and project requirements, including passing a background check and 10-panel drug test. Complete NFPA Electrical Safety and SE-SAFER courses, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. This first shift opportunity starts at $18/hour based on experience and skill level. No industrial painting experience is required; client provides on-the-job training. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 350 feet
- Must maintain 100% tie-off at all times
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug test
- Must complete NFPA Electrical Safety and SE-SAFER courses
- Must be safety-conscious and able to work in an outdoor environment
- Must have PPE including light weight light colored long pants, long sleeve, lace up steel toe boots & extra clothes
