Job Summary
Tours Team Member performs daily tour operation responsibilities, including hosting tours, greeting guests, and selling tour tickets. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, maintaining tour route cleanliness, scooping ice cream samples, handling cash, and providing a high-energy, safe, and engaging guest experience. The role requires strong customer service, public speaking, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and GMP protocols. Seasonal, part-time position in Waterbury, VT with opportunities around late summer to mid‐September.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Customer service experience
- Ability to take initiative in customer interactions
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems
- Public speaking
- Time management and reliable attendance
- Ability to multi-task
- Outgoing, positive, friendly personality
- Ability to maintain safety procedures and GMP
- Willingness to adhere to GMP and safety protocols specific to Waterbury factory location
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to work outside
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day per week
