Direct hourly culinary staff during service to ensure consistent execution, quality, and sanitation standards across all kitchen stations and outlets. Act as the lead operational presence on the floor, supporting management by directing operations and maintaining excellence at every station. Reinforce training standards and serve as a multi-station expert and lead operator under the Sous Chef.
