Job Summary
Announce games, serve as a rules consultant, and provide customer service to guests at a designated field while assisting staff with youth baseball tournament execution. Convey a high level of professionalism and uphold the Ripken brand values by absorbing training and demonstrating initiative to achieve operational objectives. Prior work experience in customer service and baseball (playing or coaching) are required, alongside strong detail-orientation and time-management skills. The schedule varies, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving lifting items over 20 pounds and exposure to extreme heat or cold. This role offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience for participants at the Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach.

- Prior Baseball experience (playing or coaching)
