Job Summary
Announce games, serve as a rules consultant, and provide customer service to guests at designated fields while assisting staff with tournament execution. Absorb training and demonstrate initiative to help achieve operational objectives effectively. The role requires prior customer service and baseball experience, with a schedule varying to include nights and weekends. Candidates must handle heavy items up to 20 pounds and tolerate extreme heat or cold. This position is part of The Ripken Experience's commitment to providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for participants through their Big League Experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in customer service environment
- Prior Baseball or Softball experience (playing or coaching)
