Job Summary
Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers, based at the Stuttgart Depot in Reutlingen, supports front-office guest handling (check-ins/outs, guest registration, payments, upselling campervan road-trip extras) and back-office operations (reservations alignment, camper prep and kit provisioning). Responsibilities include quality control of campervans, coordinating stock and fleet, troubleshooting operational issues, and assisting the team to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, organization, and time management in an international hospitality context. Compensation is provided for all internships, with opportunities for training and potential integration with Indie Campers after the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license (manual and automatic)
