Job Summary
Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers, based at the Barcelona Depot in Gavà, Spain. You will welcome guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, explain campervan functionalities, and upsell road trip extras. Back-office duties include aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campers and trip kits, and coordinating fleet logistics. You will maintain campervan quality, identify maintenance needs, and support stock monitoring and troubleshooting operational issues. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or Business Administration, fluent in English, with a valid work permit and driver’s license, who enjoy international environments, have strong customer service skills, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles)
- Interest in international environments and meeting new cultures
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving mindset
