Tourism & Operations Internship

Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers Rome Depot to gain hands-on tourism experience. You will be the friendly face of the brand, handling front-office activities such as guest check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, explaining campervan functionalities and terms, and upselling road trip extras. Back-office tasks include aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campers and road-trip kits, and coordinating fleet logistics. You’ll also perform quality control on campervans, identify maintenance needs, and support the team in stock monitoring and issue troubleshooting. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related fields; fluent in English; have a work permit if applicable and a valid driver’s license for both manual and automatic vehicles; enjoy international environments, possess strong customer service skills, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. The internship offers compensation and on-the-job training to develop guest relations, customer service, communication, organization, fleet coordination, and logistics skills, with potential for future opportunities at Indie Campers.
