Job Summary
International Operations Intern at Indie Campers Helsinki depot to welcome guests, set them up for road trips, and ensure a smooth journey. Front-office duties include check-ins/outs, guest registration, payments, and explaining campervan functionalities; upsell road trip extras. Back-office duties include aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campers and road trip kits, and coordinating fleet logistics. Quality control involves maintaining campervan condition and identifying maintenance needs. Support activities cover stock monitoring and troubleshooting operational issues. Qualifications include being a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field; fluent in English; work permit if applicable; valid driver’s licence; enjoying international environments; strong customer service orientation; problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field
- You are fluent in English
- have a work permit (if applicable)
- and a valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles)
- You like international environments and meeting new cultures
- You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation
- You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty
