Job Summary
Tourism & Operations Intern needed at Indie Campers for Madrid Depot. You will be the friendly face of the brand, handling front-office tasks like guest check-ins/check-outs, payments, and explaining campervan functionalities, while also supporting back-office operations such as reservations alignment, camper prep, and fleet coordination. Quality control duties include maintaining campervan condition and addressing maintenance needs. You’ll assist with stock monitoring, fleet coordination, and troubleshooting operational issues. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or Business Administration, fluent in English, with a valid driver’s license and work permit if applicable, and a strong customer-service orientation with problem-solving abilities. The role offers compensated internship, online and on-the-job training in guest relations, customer service, communication, teamwork, organization, time management, fleet coordination, and logistics, with potential for future opportunities at Indie Campers. Locations include Madrid, Spain (Madrid Depot).
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license (manual and automatic)
