Job Summary
Indie Campers is seeking a Tourism & Operations Intern at the Trondheim Depot to engage in front-office customer service (check-ins/outs, guest registration, upselling road trip extras) and back-office operations (reservation alignment, fleet preparation, stock coordination, and quality control). The role covers coordinating with the fleet, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to guest relations and logistics. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or Business Administration who are fluent in English, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a customer-service mindset with problem-solving abilities. The internship is compensated and includes online/on-the-job training with potential for future integration into Indie Campers.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's licence (manual and automatic)
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Interest in international environments
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving mindset
