Tourism & Operations Internship

Tourism & Operations Intern is responsible for front-office guest interactions including check-ins/outs, explaining campervan functionalities, upselling road trip extras, and coordinating reservations with available campervans. Back-office duties include fleet coordination, stock monitoring, and ensuring campervan maintenance needs are identified and addressed. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and logistics within a fast-paced, international, hospitality-focused environment at various Italian depots. The internship offers compensated positions, on-the-job and online training, and potential for future integration with Indie Campers; ideal for students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or Business Administration who speak English and have a valid driver’s license.
