Tourism & Operations Internship

Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers Oslo depot (Gardermoengen 128, 2030 Nannestad, Oslo, Norway) supporting front-office guest services and back-office operations. Responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, explaining campervan functionalities, upselling road trip extras, aligning reservations with available campervans, preparing campers and road trip kits, conducting quality control, identifying maintenance needs, and assisting with fleet coordination and stock monitoring. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or Business Administration, fluent in English, with a valid work permit (if applicable) and a driver’s licence, and possess strong customer service orientation, problem-solving mindset, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The internship is compensated and includes online and on-the-job training focused on guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, organization, and logistics, with potential opportunities for integration into Indie Campers after the internship.
