Job Summary
Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers (Bari Depot in Modugno) will support front-office activities (check-ins/check-outs, guest registration, payments, upselling road-trip extras) and back-office operations (reservation alignment with camper availability, preparation of campers and kits), along with quality control and fleet coordination to ensure campervans are maintained and ready for trips. The role emphasizes guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, organization, and logistics within an international, fast-paced environment. Open to students or recent graduates in Hospitality/Tourism/International Studies/Business Administration or related fields; English fluency and a valid driver’s licence are required. Compensation is provided for all internships, with a seasonal contract through November 2026. Projected start date March 2026. Opportunities for potential integration with Indie Campers after the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English
- Work permit if applicable
- Valid driver's licence (manual and automatic)
- Interest in international environments and customer service orientation
- Problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude
