Job Summary
Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers will be the friendly face of the brand, handling front-office duties such as guest check-ins/check-outs, payments, and upselling road trip extras, while also supporting back-office operations like coordinating reservations with camper availability, preparing campers and extras, and performing quality control on vehicles. The role emphasizes guest relations, logistics, fleet coordination, and maintaining stock, with an emphasis on hospitality, cross-cultural communication, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, international environment at the Geneva or Zürich depots. All internships are compensated, with online and on-the-job training and potential for future integration into Indie Campers.”,
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license (manual and automatic)
- Ability to thrive in international environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving mindset
