Job Summary
Service inquiries at Tourism London Information Centres via telephone, mail, and internet, while stocking display racks and setting up presentation materials. Process individual tourism packages, enter visitor data into a database, and assist in developing brochures. Act as a tour host relaying standard commentary and provide servicing support for tournaments, conferences, and travel trade shows. Perform office duties including addressing mail, preparing materials, and maintaining shelves. Conduct evening and weekend shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Six months from Tourism and Travel Diploma
- Three months' related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and various software
- Typing speed required is 50 w.p.m.
- Valid Driver's License – Class G
- Perform evening and weekend job related duties
- Obtain a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
